I was born and raised in Abadan, Iran, where I graduated with a health science degree from Tabriz University. In late 1979, I came to the United States to continue my education and to embrace the American ideal of freedom of speech.
I am a licensed psychologist in the State of California. In addition, I am a certified alcohol and drug counselor, a clinical hypnotherapist and a Neuro Linguistic Practitioner. I personally had to overcome many challenges in my life, I do understand one may experience during crisis. I believe my education and experiences has given me the clinical skills, insight and judgment to objectively see the challenges facing Americans today, and to be able to offer an appropriate solution for each individual, group or institution.
